Composed of: living room with kitchenette with four-burner hob (crockery on request), 230lt refrigerator with separate freezer, table chairs and sofa bed; a double bedroom with a bed (1.90×1.60) , equipped with pillows and blankets; bathroom with washbasin, WC, shower box and bidet; covered wooden veranda (about 12,50 sqm.) raised above street level (3 steps), equipped with table, chairs and drying rack; Large fenced garden of about 17 square meters. with relaxation corner for your four-legged friend equipped with cot and parasol; cleaning kit (broom, dustpan, mop, mop) and waste bins for separate waste collection.
TV antenna and air conditioning included.
Check-in from Saturday to Saturday from 10.00 a.m. and handover of the accommodation unit by 4.00 p.m.
Check-out until 9.00 a.m. Possibility of Late Check-out (by 11.00 a.m.) with extra cost to be agreed with the Management.
What the offer includes

- supply of pillows, blankets, clothesline, cleaning kit: (broom, dustpan, mop), 3 dustbins for separate waste collection;
- beach service with beach umbrella, deckchair, sunbed and cot for your four-legged friend;
- entertainment and mini-club in the scheduled periods;
- wi-fi;
- final cleaning: there is no charge, (only in case of the presence of pets will a charge of €30.00 be applied) as long as the accommodation is left tidy on arrival, otherwise the deposit of €50.00 paid on arrival will be retained.

We remind you that four-legged 🐕 🦺 friends are also allowed in our Top-Lodge accommodation units (max. 1 per house).
In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, you can decide whether to use the deposit for the year 2026, thus guaranteeing you the same price of your stay for the next year, or whether to request the return of 100% of the deposit paid (except for booking fees and postal/bank charges).
