Three-room apartment of about 20 msq, with 4/5 beds
Includes:
- Living room with a kitchenette equipped with a 4-hob stove (dishes on request), a fridge, a couch;
- Two bedrooms, one with a french-style bed (1,90×1,40) and the other with two single beds (1,90×0,70); there is also an additional pull-out bed in the living room. All the beds are equipped with pillows and blankets (it is also possible to add a camping bed in the second room, replacing one bed);
- bathroom with sink, WC and shower;
- wooden veranda (about 10sqm.) that is covered, raised 3 steps from the street level and equipped with a table, some chairs, a drying rack, a cleaning kit (broom, dustpan, mop, rag) and waste bins for separate collection.
TV antenna and, for a fee, air conditioning.
In the months of June, July and September
Check-in from Saturday/Saturday or from Sunday/Sunday, from 10:00 and delivery of the accommodation unit by 16:00.
Check-out by 9:00. Possibility of Late Check-out (by 11.00 a.m.) with extra cost to be agreed with the Management.
What the offer includes:
- indoor car parking;
- electricity, gas, water consumption;
- supply of pillows, blankets, clotheshorse, cleaning kit: (broom, dustpan, mop, rag), waste bins for separate collection;
- beach service with umbrella, deck chairs, sun bed;
- Children entertainment and mini-clubs in the periods provided by the programme;
- final cleaning: no extra fee will be charged as long as the accommodation is in order the way it was on arrival, otherwise € 50,00 of the deposit paid on arrival will be retained;
- free Wi-Fi;
- 20€ of booking fees
Extra upon request
- right of option in case of a choice of a specific number or when requesting neighboring housing units; € 50,00 per unit;
- supply of crockery, pots and cutlery (on request you can buy a complete/ reduced kit at a cost of € 70.00 / € 45.00);
- air conditioning (on request, daily cost € 5,00)
- bed line € 10,00 per person;
- bathroom line € 8,00 per person;
- camping cot (weekly cost € 40,00);
- fifth person (daily cost € 15.00);
- initial sanitization with hydrogen peroxide € 20,00;
- possibility of late check-out – by prior arrangement with the management – to postpone check-out from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m ., including parking, access to the free private beach and communal facilities (hot showers and toilets with towels/toilet paper) until 8 p.m. €30.00/€50.00.
Please note that our Classic accommodation units do not allow pets in the months of July and August.
In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, you can decide whether to use the deposit for the year 2026, thus guaranteeing you the same price of your stay for the next year, or whether to request the return of 100% of the deposit paid (except for booking fees and postal/bank charges).
