Comprising: large living room with kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner cooker (crockery on request), refrigerator (230 litres), table, chairs and sofa; two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.90×1.60) and the other with two single beds (1.90×0.70), equipped with pillows and blankets (possibility of adding a cot); bathroom with washbasin, WC, large shower cubicle (80×100) and bidet; covered wooden veranda (approx. 12,5 sq m), raised above street level (approx. 3 steps), equipped with table and chairs; clothesline, cleaning kit (broom, dustpan, mop) and waste collection bins are available.
TV aerial and air conditioning included.
Check-in from Saturday to Saturday from 10.00 a.m. and handover of the accommodation unit by 4.00 p.m.
Check-out until 9.00 a.m. Possibility of Late Check-out (by 11.00 a.m.) with extra cost to be agreed with the Management.
What’s included in the offer:
- internal car parking;
- consumption of electricity, gas and water;
- air conditioning;
- supply of pillows, blankets, drying rack, cleaning kit: (broom, dustpan, mop, mop), waste bins for separate waste collection;
- beach service with umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers;
- entertainment and mini-club during the scheduled periods;
- Wi-Fi;
- final cleaning: the premises must be left as you found them, otherwise the deposit € 50,00 will be withhold
Extras on request:
- “Right of option” in the case of choosing a specific number or in the case of neighboring accommodations, € 50.00 per unit;
- supply of crockery, pots and cutlery (on request it is possible to purchase a complete/reduced kit at a cost of € 70.00 / € 45.00);
- bathroom lines € 10,00
- bed lines € 8,00;
- Baby cot (weekly cost € 40.00);
- fifth person (daily cost € 15.00);
- Initial sanitization with hydrogen peroxide € 20,00.
We remind you that four-legged friends are not allowed in our DOMUS accommodation units 🚫
In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, you can decide whether to use the deposit for the year 2026, thus guaranteeing you the same price of your stay for the next year, or whether to request the return of 100% of the deposit paid (except for booking fees and postal/bank charges).
